The staff at our Coordination Center will be happy to provide you
with information regarding therapies and their pricing. In addition,
we will contact the infusion pharmacy closest to your patient's home to
coordinate the referral.
Our
contract department would welcome the opportunity to provide you with
information on our contractual arrangements with insurance providers for
whom you case manage patient care.
Would

present a Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) approved
Continuing Education Unit (CEU) program for case managers on
infusion-related subjects.
